Excellently organised by Abbie and carried out with speed and care by Tibor & Tomasz who overcame the impact of an out of service lift and kept to time without complaint whilst providing numerous little tips and advice for even better packing for future moves. They exceeded expectations by getting the lot into a single load thereby saving the time and cost of a second trip. Prompt, reliable and friendly throughout. A perfect job - much appreciatedEnjoyed an excellent move experience on 2nd November. Aussie team was skilled and productive and exceeded expectations by completing the job far faster than expected, which made it highly cost effective. The most helpful company when it comes to moving houses(from reaching out for a quote , to providing handyman services to the actual move , no flaws) , in such stressful situation like packing all your possessions , Aussie man employees (can’t remember the names but were two hungarian men) , they took care of our stuff as it was their own , came up with a creative way to get the couch in the place. If you're not sure about whether to pay for this, just do it. It's cheap for what you get. I was extremely worried about moving, especially since I lived up 5 flights of very narrow stairs. Not only was the move pick but also extremely professional and friendly. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It makes one of the biggest concerns about moving just disappear.

Got cleaning and moving.. was OK but not the best.. I asked to reserve parking and they never did and I gave explicit instructions to Aussie about cleaning but weren't followed until the English speaking boss arrived .. before that was difficult to communicate

Niamh was very helpful when it came to booking the removals, she sent all the information required well in advance and her communication was speedy and efficient despite issues she faced with the phone lines going down.Aurelian and Florin turned up early for the removal, which worked in our favour, they were polite, professional and helpful during the move, they didn’t waste any time getting the van loaded and treated the furniture with care. I had seen Aussie man with a van on the roads of London for many years and they always stuck in my mind. I called up and spoke with a lady Called Niamh who talked me thorough the process and gave me the support, comfort and confidence that I needed and was looking for from a removal service. Niamh was my first point of contact and was so kind and helpful.I was allocated two vans & four men to do our move. The guys that came to move us across were amazing. They were so efficient and professional at moving our furniture/ clothing (basically our entire life) across to our new home. Aussie did a great job on helping me move house across London (a second time!). Nic and Victor arrived promptly at 8am and worked quickly and professionally to move and secure everything (including dismantling a sofa and dining table). Delivery to my new address was flawless, including laying down plastic to protect carpets and taking heavy items to the second floor (no complaints, only a smile and nod). They made the whole moving process easy and stress free. I’d recommend Aussie and would use again.

We have used Aussie a few times for moves but this time decided to use them to help move some heavy white goods around our home as we were in a bind and knew they would be reliable and respectful of our home. Couple of gripes would be the minimum 2 hour booking, our job was done in less than an hour and also being called 4 hours before our slot to see if they could come early as their other job finished early, so we ended up rushing around to accommodate them coming earlier than we had planned (seemed like the logistics planning may have gone wrong then as I hadn’t been offered anything earlier than the time I was booked in for). Not letting this effect the star rating as the service is still great.

I've used them twice for moving in the space of 6 years, and both times they've made extremely stressful situations completely tolerable, by handling anything I threw at them, no matter the inconvenience.I dealt with Billie-Jane Whitbread, who deserves a medal for the number of changes I had to make and she kept her cool, did her absolute best to accommodate and resolve any challenge. This is before the actual move day!
