End of Tenancy Cleaning
Using our online form, you can book a deep clean and get an instant quotation determined by the size of your property and the specific tasks required. You’ll be given a time-slot that suits you which can be confirmed on receipt of payment. Then all you have to do is let Aussie Property Services come and deep-clean the property (including full descale of kitchen and bathroom, plus oven-cleaning). Our deep clean team is experienced and reliable, offering you a service you can trust. We use safe, verified personnel who have all the right skills and know-how. They’re available at short notice, and you can also book them well in advance. They’ll arrive with every last bit of equipment and all the right cleaning products to make your property sparkle and be its best.
Deep cleans are thorough and done to exacting standards, so that areas like kitchens are free from ugly scale and the insides of your windows are left sparkling and spotless. The deep clean service is great is a periodic clean of homes that are currently inhabited – ideal for those times when just a standard clean isn’t enough. But they’re not the option to choose if someone is about to leave or move into the property. Do I Have To Be There?
No. You can leave keys with neighbours, estate agents or in a key safe, provided that all the options are within a five-minute walk of the property. There’s a field in the online booking form where you can provide this information. A deep clean can take up to five hours but is often done within three. Our safe, experienced cleaners arrive with all the necessary products and equipment.
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning includes:

- Floor mopping
- Vacuuming of floors and upholstery
- Oven cleaning
- Descaling of bathroom and kitchen
- Disinfection of all appropriate (e.g. frequently touched) areas.
